Adding Labels to Candidates   1 Step 1 Open the Candidate Pipeline   From the **Job Dashboard**, select **View Pipeline** on a specific requisition. ![Job Dashboard with View Pipeline option](https://help.scalis.ai/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Guides/Creating%20Labels/3-view-pipeline.jpg) ✓ Final Step Assign a Label to a Candidate   In the **Labels** column, select **Add Label** and choose the label to assign to the candidate.   You can also assign labels from the **Candidate Profile** view. 💡 **Note:** Candidate labels are internal.
