[Account Setup](https://help.scalis.ai/getting-started?hsLang=en#account-setup) # Updating User's Role Title ACCOUNT SETUP Update your job role title so it displays correctly for your team across the SCALIS platform. 3 steps2 min read   1 Step 1 Open Your SCALIS Profile Every SCALIS user has two profiles: one visible internally to your company within the platform, and one external-facing if you ever choose to explore other opportunities. Your Role Title lives on both, so keeping it current ensures it appears correctly throughout SCALIS, including in email tokens like .   Click your **avatar** (your initials) located in the bottom left corner of your screen.   Select **SCALIS Profile** from the menu that appears. ![SCALIS left navigation with avatar menu open showing SCALIS Profile option](https://help.scalis.ai/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Guides/Adding%20User%20Role%20Title/select%20user%20profile.jpg) Click your avatar to open the profile menu   2 Step 2 Add Your Role Title in the Experience Section Your job title is set through the Experience section of your profile.   Scroll to the **Experience** section.   Click the **+** button to add a new entry. 💡 **Note:** Make sure your Role Title matches your actual job title at your company. This is what populates the token in outreach emails and internal platform communications. The more complete your SCALIS profile, the easier it is to apply to other roles through the platform.
