Interview Scheduling
The SCALIS AI Notetaker records interview videos so hiring team members can replay them from a candidate's profile. Here's how to set it up.

Activating the AI Notetaker

Step 1
Select Video Call as the interview type
Let AI handle your interview notes in real time, turning conversations into structured insights instantly.
When Manually Scheduling or sending a Scheduler Link for an interview with a candidate, select the Video Call option as the Interview Type.

Toggle on the AI Notetaker
Toggle ON the option to Add AI Notetaker.

Send the interview invitation
Continue with the flow to send the interview invitation.

Admit the SCALIS Notetaker
When joining the meeting, admit the SCALIS Notetaker as a participant.

Access the recording and transcript
After the meeting ends, the video recording and transcript will be available in the candidate profile.
💡 Note: Please allow a few minutes for the system to process the video and transcript notes before they appear in the candidate's profile.
How to View the Video Recording

Step 1
Open the candidate profile
Quickly revisit interviews with video playback, transcripts, and AI-powered summaries.
After completing a video interview with the AI Notetaker toggled ON, navigate to the candidate profile.

Step 2
Open the recording
In the candidate profile, select the Interview(s) tab, then select View Recording.

Review the interview details
From here, you can see a video recording of the meeting, autofill the scorecard using the summary, add notes, and view an AI summary and the interview transcript.
That's it! Your team can now revisit every video interview, complete with AI-generated summaries and transcripts, right from the candidate's profile.
