HIRING TEAM MANAGEMENT
This step-by-step guide will show you how to create, assign, and manage candidate reviews to help your team collaborate efficiently and make informed hiring decisions.

Open the pipeline

Invite your team to share their feedback on a specific candidate.

 
From your job dashboard, click "View Pipeline".

Select the candidate
 
Select the candidate you want to review from the pipeline.

Go to the Reviews tab
 
From the candidate profile, click the "Reviews" tab on the left.
 
Click "Request Review".

Choose the review focus
 
Choose whether the review focuses on the candidate profile or a specific application, if they have applied to multiple open roles.
 
Select whether the reviewer receives an email notification.

Send the review request
 
Click "Send Review Request" to confirm. If email notifications are enabled, assigned reviewers will be notified automatically.
 
All requested reviews will appear under the Reviews tab.
💡 Note: Reviewers can only be assigned for the current stage the application is in.

Send reminder
 
If a reviewer hasn't completed their review, go to the review under the Reviews tab in the candidate profile and click the review's "...", then select Send Reminder.

Start or complete a review

Stay on top of feedback for your candidate. You can see each reviewer's progress and follow up on pending reviews.

 
From the Reviews tab in the candidate profile, click "Create Review" to start a new one, or select "Complete Review" from the menu if you have been assigned a review request.

Rate, add feedback, and submit your review
 
Choose the review focus, provide a rating, and add any notes or additional feedback to support your evaluation.
 
Submit your review.
💡 Note: If multiple reviewers are assigned, their responses stay hidden until everyone has submitted their review. This helps ensure fair, unbiased feedback.

Set up round reviews in the pipeline template to automatically generate review requests whenever a candidate is advanced to that stage.

 
Navigate to Pipeline Setup when creating a job requisition and click "Add Stage".

Configure the review stage
 
Select Review as the stage type and assign the reviewers.

Step 3
Assign multiple reviewers at once

Invite multiple team members to share their feedback on a candidate.

 
Follow the same "Request Review" flow and select more than one teammate as a reviewer.

Publish and notify reviewers
 
Publish the job. Once a candidate is advanced to this stage, the assigned reviewers automatically receive an email notification to complete their review.
💡 Note: You can also link a pipeline template to the Pipeline Setup that already includes a configured Review stage.
