Scorecard templates streamline the evaluation process by ensuring consistent, objective assessments across all candidates.
Creating Scorecard Templates
🔥 Tip: Create generic scorecard templates that can be re-used across multiple job requisitions for different stages of the pipeline.
Example: Create a "Phone Screen Template" to be used for recruiters to fill out general info on the first call with a candidate.
Example 2: Create a "Software Engineer Pre-Screen Template" to be used across all software engineer roles.
Step 1: Navigate to you Company Settings.
Step 2: Click "Scorecard Templates".

Step 3: Click "Create New Template" and choose between "Create New Scorecard Template" Or "Copy from Existing Scorecard Template".
Step 4: In this instance, click "Create New Scorecard Template" and click "Continue".
Step 5: Name your scorecard, and click "Add Scorecard Description" to add additional context for the interviewers.

Step 6: Enter the Skills or Competencies that you want to cover.

Step 7: Add your interview questions. By clicking the "Score Answer" checkbox, the interviewer can assign a score to the candidate's response.

Step 8: Once you are satisfied, click "Save" — you can also click "Preview" so you can ensure your template is complete.

⚠️ Warning: When you're in Preview mode, make sure to select “Back” instead of “Close.” Clicking “Close” will remove all entered data and close the creation pop-up.
