Creating Scorecard Templates
Scorecard templates streamline the evaluation process by ensuring consistent, objective assessments across all candidates.
1. Navigate to your company settings.
2. Click "Scorecard Templates"
3. Click "Create Template"
4. Click "Start your new scorecard from scratch."
5. Name your scorecard, and click "Add Scorecard Description" to add additional context for the interviewers.
6. Enter the Skills or Competencies you want this interview to cover.
7. Click "Select an option"
8. Add your interview questions.
9. By clicks "Score Answer" checkbox, this allows the interviewer to assign a score to the answer that they candidate gave. These scores will average and be viewable by the hiring team.
10. Click "Add New Question" if you want to add additional questions.
11. There are several different question types you can choose from like multiple choice, numerical, date, etc.
12. Once you are satisfied Click "Save Scorecard"
13. A preview of your scorecard will be shown to you to ensure your template is complete
