Global Listing Setup

Ensure branding consistency by creating shared, reusable content for your job descriptions, like company overviews, mission statements, DEI language, and create general screening questions for all job listings.

Global Listing Statements Setup 

Step 1: From your company settings, click "Global Listing Setup" and it will bring you to the "Global Listing Statements" tab. 

Step 2: Enter your "About Company Statement" in the text box, then click the status toggle to activate the statement. 

Step 3: Enter any details you'd like to remain uniform across all jobs in the "Footer Statement", then click the status toggle to activate the statement. 

Global Screening Questions Setup

💡 Global screening questions will appear across all job listings. 

Step 1: From your company settings, click "Global Listing Setup" and then click "Add Screening Question"

Step 2: Name your question for easy reference, type the question you want applicants to see, and then choose the question type.

Enable Auto Rejection on Global Screening Questions

If you want to enable auto-reject, click "Select preferred answer"

Check the "Auto-reject candidate" checkbox and then add your rejection email template. Click "Save" once satisfied.

Step 3: Once your screening question is saved, toggle the status to "active" in order for it to appear across all your listings. You are also able to edit, re-order, and delete your global screening questions from this page.
