SCALIS integrates with Gusto HRIS through our partner, Kombo, which securely handles employee data sync between your ATS and HR systems. The integration supports a wide range of employee fields, providing a comprehensive, structured data handoff from SCALIS into Gusto.

All data passed through Kombo is encrypted in transit and at rest. SCALIS only accesses and sends data that you've explicitly authorized.
