Who can see all scorecards submitted by hiring team members?
Only Recruiters (Job Admins) can see all scorecards submitted by team members. This eliminates bias when interviewers complete their assigned scorecards and ensures a smooth, unbiased interview process.
Can I download a scorecard to share with a team member not in SCALIS?
Yes. You can download one scorecard or all scorecards for a candidate as a PDF. Navigate to the candidate's profile and select Scorecards, then select Download all Scorecards. To download an individual scorecard, select the three dots next to it, select View Scorecard, and when the drawer opens, select Download this Scorecard.
