đź”— How to Connect to LinkedIn Job Posting via SCALIS

SCALIS offers four flexible ways to connect your jobs to LinkedIn, depending on your needs and setup:

1. Organic Distribution via SCALIS (Free)

By default, all eligible job listings in SCALIS are distributed to Linkedin's free job board through our organic posting network—at no cost to you.
To qualify, make sure:

  • Your company follows Linkedin's job quality and posting guidelines

  • The role meets Linkedin's criteria for organic visibility (e.g., not posted from a staffing firm or recruitment agency)

How to Enable Organic Distribution

  1. Log in to SCALIS

    • Use your admin credentials to access the platform.

  2. Navigate to Company Settings

    • Click your avatar or initials in the top-right corner.

    • Select Company Settings from the dropdown.

    • Go to the General tab.

  3. Add Your LinkedIn Company Info

    • LinkedIn Company URL
      Paste the full URL of your company’s LinkedIn page.
      Example: https://www.linkedin.com/company/scalis-ai

    • LinkedIn Company ID
      Find this in the URL of your company page or by visiting:
      https://www.linkedin.com/company/<your-id>/admin/
      Example: If your admin URL is https://www.linkedin.com/company/12345678/admin/, your ID is 12345678.

  4. Click Save

    • Your LinkedIn integration will be enabled for job syncing and display features.

2. Premium Job Ads via SCALIS Marketplace (Most Efficient)

Purchase sponsored LinkedIn ads directly through our Job Ad Marketplace. This method gives your role premium visibility and performance tracking, all managed from within SCALIS.

3. Manual Posting via Apply URL (Most Control)

If you prefer to post directly on LinkedIn:

  • Create the job post on LinkedIn manually

  • Add your SCALIS Apply URL in the “Apply on company website” field
    This will route applicants back into your SCALIS pipeline.

4. Job Wrapping via Existing LinkedIn Contract (Set Up Required)

If your company already has a LinkedIn contract with job wrapping enabled:

  • Provide your contract details to your CSM.

  • We'll help connect your jobs via your existing integration. This ensures automatic syncing and compliance with your existing agreement.
