How to Connect to LinkedIn Job Posting via SCALIS

Organic distribution via SCALIS (free)

Step 1
Confirm your eligibility

By default, all eligible job listings in SCALIS are distributed to LinkedIn's free job board through our organic posting network, at no cost to you.

 
Your company follows LinkedIn's job quality and posting guidelines.
 
The role meets LinkedIn's criteria for organic visibility (for example, it isn't posted from a staffing firm or recruitment agency).

Log in to SCALIS
 
Use your admin credentials to access the platform.

Navigate to Company Settings
 
Select your avatar or initials in the top-right corner.
 
Select Company Settings from the dropdown.
 
Go to the General tab.

Add your LinkedIn company info
 
LinkedIn Company URL: paste the full URL of your company's LinkedIn page. Example: `https://www.linkedin.com/company/scalis-ai`
 
LinkedIn Company ID: find this in the URL of your company page, or by visiting `https://www.linkedin.com/company/<your-id>/admin/`. Example: if your admin URL is `https://www.linkedin.com/company/12345678/admin/`, your ID is `12345678`.

Job wrapping via your existing LinkedIn contract (setup required)

If your company already has a LinkedIn contract with job wrapping enabled, we'll connect it for you.

We'll help connect your jobs via your existing integration. This ensures automatic syncing and compliance with your existing agreement.

Tag jobs to control what gets posted

If you have paid job slots, use LinkedIn's tagging feature to prioritize which jobs get posted through job wrapping.

 
LinkedIn Recruiter automatically assigns you a personal tag in the format #LI-[initials][number] (for example, #LI-JC1).
 
Add your tag to the bottom of the job listing in SCALIS to make sure that job gets posted through job wrapping.
 
Tagged jobs post after your pinned jobs and stay in your slots until they expire on SCALIS or you remove the tag.
 
Tags take priority over posting rules and the backfill.
 
If you tag more jobs than you have available slots, LinkedIn posts the newest jobs first, based on posting date.
💡 Note: To find or update your personal tag, hover over your profile photo in LinkedIn Recruiter, select Product settings, then Promotion settings, then select Edit next to "Edit user tag for promotion jobs." See LinkedIn's tagging guide for more detail.
