Event Defaults Configuration Default Provider & AI Notetaker Settings Sets the default video conferencing provider for interviews, and configures company-wide AI notetaker behavior. Users can override the default video provider at an individual level unless enforcement is enabled.   **Default Provider**: select the default video conferencing provider for interviews.   **Enforce Company-Level Default**: toggle on to apply the default provider to all interviews and prevent individual overrides.   **Allow AI Notetaker**: enables users to use AI notetaker for interviews.   When disabled, the option won't appear when scheduling.   **Default AI Notetaker On**: turns AI notetaker on by default when scheduling.   Users can still toggle it off for an individual interview.   **Mandate AI Notetaker**: requires AI notetaker for all scheduled interviews.   Users cannot disable it. ![Event defaults configuration with default video provider and AI notetaker toggles](https://help.scalis.ai/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Guides/Event%20Details%20Template/events%20default%20configuration.jpg) Event defaults configuration screen Scheduler Link Configuration Rebooking Rules Sets up company rebooking rules that control whether candidates can reschedule interviews booked via scheduler links, and how many times. When enforcement is enabled, these settings apply to all scheduler links in the company and users cannot override them.   **Allow Rescheduling**: toggle on to let candidates reschedule an interview booked through a scheduler link.   Select the number of rebookings allowed per interview.   Setting this to **0** turns off rescheduling entirely.   **Enforce Company-Wide**: toggle on to apply these rebooking rules to every scheduler link in the company.   When enabled, users cannot override the settings. ![Scheduler link configuration with rebooking rule toggles](https://help.scalis.ai/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Guides/Event%20Details%20Template/scheduler%20link%20configuration.jpg) Scheduler link configuration screen That's it!
