Follow this step-by-step guide to manage event details for interviews and other events, such as descriptions and details. These templates can be used to populate the event details that show up in the calendar invite when creating a new event.

Step 1
Navigate to "Company Settings" and click on "Interview & Event Setup".
Step 2
Click "Create New Setup" and it will open a drawer of a blank template.
Step 3
Type out your email or event details information. There is a dropdown of {Tokens} that can be inserted into the text which will auto-populate with information from a candidate's profile.
Step 4
Once you are satisfied with the details in the template, click "Save"
