During this process, the authentication cookies LinkedIn uses to identify you as logged in may not be forwarded correctly, so our extension reads the logged-out version of the profile even though you're visually signed in. Check with your IT team to unblock any internal HTTPS/SSL inspection that could be affecting this. The extension works at home but not on my work computer This is often caused by the MalwareBytes Browser Guard extension, which can modify page content for security purposes. It may alter the page structure or block elements before our extension can read them, which causes it to fail. If possible, fully disable MalwareBytes, including its web protection and any browser extensions, then restart your browser and try again.
