Step 1
Download the SCALIS Chrome Extension

Install the extension once, then use it anywhere you're sourcing.

 
Follow Downloading the SCALIS Chrome Extension to install and pin the extension.

Review a Candidate

When you find someone you're interested in, check them against your talent database in one click.

 
When you find a candidate you're interested in, select the SCALIS icon in your Chrome toolbar.
💡 Note: If a candidate already exists in your ATS/Talent Database, their profile in the extension shows an indicator along with any jobs or talent pools they're already in.

Add the Candidate to a Job or Talent Pool

From the extension, choose where the candidate should go.

 
Add to a Job
 
Select Add to Job.
 
Select the job.
 
Select the listing.
 
Add to a Talent Pool
 
Select Add to Talent Pool.
 
Choose the talent pool for the candidate.
