Customizing the Home Dashboard
Follow this step-by-step article to learn about the different ways you can customize the Home Dashboard by using a variety of widgets.
Customizing your Home Dashboard

Navigate to "Home" from the side navigation tab then click "Customize".

- A drawer will open that will allow you to select your color theme, adjust brightness and add Widgets that will be on your Home screen.

Types of Widgets on the Home Screen & What They Mean:
My Jobs: Provides an overview of the requisitions you are a Hiring Team Member for. 
Pipeline Statistics: Provides a quick snapshot of all your pipeline metrics and can be set to show data from the past year, 180 days, 60 days or 30 days.
Tasks I've Assigned: You can manage the status of tasks you have assigned your team through this widget. 
My Tasks: You can manage the status of tasks you have assigned yourself through this widget. 
Notifications: Use this widget to quickly be able to glance at notifications. 
Notes: This widget allows you to see Notes that have been added to candidate profiles.
Approvals: This widget allows you to keep track of approvals that have been assigned to you. You are able to manage Job, Offer, and Opening approvals from this widget. 
Team Members: This widget allows you to view your company team members and User Groups. 
Referrals: This widget allows you to keep track of your personal and team referral and allows you to submit a referral from the Home Dashboard. 
Talent Pools: This widget allows you to see the Talent Pools you and your team have created and be able to add them to a Sequence or view the candidates inside the Talent Pool. 
Interviews: This widget provides a snapshot of any upcoming interviews and events from your synced calendars. 
Scorecards: This widget provides details on the status of scorecards a user is assigned to.
Interview Activity: This widget shows a snapshot of the number of candidates interviews, number of scheduled interviews, number of interviews that need scheduling and number of interviews completed. 
Executive Summary: Provides high level overview on the amount of Open Requisitions, Open Positions and number of Hires from the last 30 days.
