FAQ

Who can see all scorecards submitted by hiring team members?

  • Only Recruiters (Job Admins) are able to see all scorecards submitted by team members. This eliminates bias when interviewers complete their assigned scorecards and ensures a smooth and unbiased interview process.

Can I download a scorecard to share with a team member not in SCALIS?

  • Yes! You are able to download one scorecard or all of the scorecards for a candidate into a PDF.
    • In order to download a scorecard, navigate to the candidate's profile and click "Scorecards". From there you can select the "Download all Scorecards" button. If you would like to download an individual scorecard, click the 3 dots next to that scorecard, then "View Scorecard", and when the drawer opens you will see a download icon. Select "Download this Scorecard".
