How to Create Custom Pipeline View

What You Can Customize in a View

Custom views let you filter and sort candidates in your pipeline according to your own preferences, so you can quickly focus on the right group instead of digging through your full candidate list every time.

Step 1
Go to a Job's Pipeline
 
Navigate to the Job Dashboard and select the job you're working on.
 
Click View Pipeline to open the Pipeline view.

Locate Your Default Views

Your pipeline comes preloaded with a few helpful default views.

 
These are just pre-filtered tabs, sitting alongside the pipeline tab bar, and can be removed or customized like any other saved view.
Note: Your pipeline opens to Active Candidates by default.

Note: Don't need a default view? Click the Save View menu, then Remove View to clean up your tabs.

Apply Your Filters

If the default views don't line up with what you're targeting, you can build your own view. To start creating your view, add and select the filters you'd like to view from.

 
Quick Filters Bar at the top of the view, for things like Application Status, Profile Type, or Match Score.
 
Manage Filters button, which opens a side panel with more granular options like tags, activity dates, source types, and skills.
Note: Click the eye icon next to any field in the Manage Filters panel to show or hide it from view.

Customize Your Columns (Optional)
 
Click the Columns button (also available as the columns icon in the toolbar).
 
Select or deselect which data fields you want to display, such as:
 
Email
 
Phone Number
 
Match Score
 
Labels
 
Average Tenure
 
Custom Fields
 
Drag and drop the field headers in the table, or reorder directly from the dropdown, to rearrange columns.

Save Your View
 
Click the Save View button at the top right.
 
Select Save as New View to create a brand new tab.
 
Give your view a clear, descriptive name (for example, Active SQL Candidates).
Note: Use Save as New View to preserve your changes without overwriting your current tab. Views saved as Everyone become reusable view templates across all jobs.
Warning: Unsaved filters appear with an orange border and won't persist after you leave the page. Save your view before navigating away. Only the owner of a custom view can edit it.

Pin or Reorder a View
 
Hover over a view tab to see the pin icon and drag handles.
 
Click the Pin icon to make the view visible to everyone on the job. This becomes the new default view for that job.

Add a View from Another Job
 
Click Add View + in the pipeline tab bar.

Final Step
Create a Brand New View
 
Click Create New View + at the bottom of the Add View modal.
 
Apply filters and choose your columns in the blank view.
 
Save it using Save as New View.
Note: Unsaved filters aren't captured when duplicating a view. Use Save as New View to preserve any on-the-fly filters or column tweaks.
