What You Can Customize in a View
Custom views let you filter and sort candidates in your pipeline according to your own preferences, so you can quickly focus on the right group instead of digging through your full candidate list every time.
| Customization | What It Lets You Do |
|---|---|
| Filters | Application status, source, profile type, tags, and more |
| Columns | Show or hide data like match score, last activity, recruiter, etc. |
| Sorting | Sort by score, date added, name, and more |
| Pinning | Pin key views for quick access |
| Sharing | Copy a direct link to share the view with your team |
Create a Custom View
1
Step 1
Go to a Job's Pipeline
Navigate to the Job Dashboard and select the job you're working on.
Click View Pipeline to open the Pipeline view.

2
Step 2
Locate Your Default Views
Your pipeline comes preloaded with a few helpful default views.
These are just pre-filtered tabs, sitting alongside the pipeline tab bar, and can be removed or customized like any other saved view.
Note: Your pipeline opens to Active Candidates by default.

Default Views
| Default View | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Active Candidates | Candidates actively moving through the pipeline (not rejected); the view your pipeline opens to by default |
| All Candidates | Every candidate in the pipeline, regardless of status |
| Uploaded Candidates | Candidates manually added or imported (not sourced or invited) |
| SCALIS Candidates | Candidates that have a SCALIS profile |
| Rejected | Candidates who were disqualified or rejected |
| Invited to Apply | Candidates you proactively invited to submit an application |
Note: Don't need a default view? Click the Save View menu, then Remove View to clean up your tabs.

Step 3
Apply Your Filters
If the default views don't line up with what you're targeting, you can build your own view. To start creating your view, add and select the filters you'd like to view from.
Quick Filters Bar at the top of the view, for things like Application Status, Profile Type, or Match Score.
Manage Filters button, which opens a side panel with more granular options like tags, activity dates, source types, and skills.
Note: Click the eye icon next to any field in the Manage Filters panel to show or hide it from view.

4
Step 4
Customize Your Columns (Optional)
Click the Columns button (also available as the columns icon in the toolbar).
Select or deselect which data fields you want to display, such as:
Email
Phone Number
Match Score
Labels
Average Tenure
Custom Fields
Drag and drop the field headers in the table, or reorder directly from the dropdown, to rearrange columns.

5
Step 5
Save Your View
Click the Save View button at the top right.
Select Save as New View to create a brand new tab.
Give your view a clear, descriptive name (for example, Active SQL Candidates).
Note: Use Save as New View to preserve your changes without overwriting your current tab. Views saved as Everyone become reusable view templates across all jobs.
Warning: Unsaved filters appear with an orange border and won't persist after you leave the page. Save your view before navigating away. Only the owner of a custom view can edit it.

Save View Menu Options
| Option | What It Does |
|---|---|
| Save as New View | Create a new custom view from your current filters and columns |
| Duplicate View | Clone an existing saved view |
| Edit View Settings | Rename the view or change its visibility |
| Remove View | Delete the view from your dashboard |
| Copy Link to View | Share the view with a colleague |

Step 6
Pin or Reorder a View
Hover over a view tab to see the pin icon and drag handles.
Click the Pin icon to make the view visible to everyone on the job. This becomes the new default view for that job.
Drag and drop tabs to reorder them to your preference.

7
Step 7
Add a View from Another Job
Click Add View + in the pipeline tab bar.
A modal opens showing Default Views, Saved by Me, and Saved by Others.
Click any view to add it to your tab bar.

✓
Final Step
Create a Brand New View
Click Create New View + at the bottom of the Add View modal.
Apply filters and choose your columns in the blank view.
Save it using Save as New View.
Note: Unsaved filters aren't captured when duplicating a view. Use Save as New View to preserve any on-the-fly filters or column tweaks.
That's it, your pipeline is now organized exactly the way you work. Reach out to your CSM any time you want a hand setting up views for your team.
