Setting up your Employer Account

Welcome to SCALIS. We’re thrilled to have you. Follow this step-by-step guide to set up your SCALIS account and company workspace to make the most of the platform.

Step 1: Setting Up Your Account and Logging In

Each SCALIS user has a universal profile, usable as both a job seeker and an employer.

Creating Your SCALIS Profile

  • Go to SCALIS.ai.
  • Click Sign Up
  • Enter your email and choose a secure password.
  • Verify your email to complete your profile setup.

Creating Your Company Workspace

  • Click SCALISatsOS from the top right corner of your navigation bar.
  • Enter your company name and choose your workspace URL.
  • Add your company location. (Additional office locations can be added later.)
  • Provide your company information and hiring goals. (This helps SCALIS’s algorithm provide better matches and allows our customer success team to support your hiring needs effectively.)

🔥 TIP: Create additional workspaces to manage multiple entities or distinct processes within your company. 


Step 2: Navigating SCALIS

Get familiar with SCALIS by exploring these key navigation shortcuts.

Top Navigation Bar

  • Dashboard: Your central hub for managing all jobs you’re assigned to. From the Dashboard, you can quickly view job statuses, view pipelines, and monitor progress across active requisitions.
  • Messaging: An integrated messaging system that allows you to communicate directly with candidates within the SCALIS platform. Use Messaging to answer questions, and provide updates seamlessly.

Side Navigation Bar

  • Dashboard: Your central hub for managing all jobs you’re assigned to. 
  • Calendar: View and manage your schedule, including SCALIS and non-SCALIS events.
  • Talent Pool: Manage your candidate database and explore potential talent.
  • Analytics: Track key metrics and performance data for informed decision-making. (coming soon!)

Step 3: Connecting Your Calendar

SCALIS offers seamless bi-directional synchronization with your chosen calendar, allowing you to view and manage all your events without leaving the platform. 

  • Go to the SCALIS Calendar from the Side Navigation Bar.
  • Click the Gear icon in the top right.
  • Select Connect and choose your calendar provider to sync your schedule.

Step 4: Inviting Your Team Members

  • Go to Company Settings.
  • Select Users and enter each team member’s email address.
  • Assign the most appropriate role for their responsibilities.
