Using Bella, AI Sourcing Agent

Follow this step-by-step tutorial on how to leverage Bella, your Agentic AI Recruiting Partner.

✨ Sourcing with Bella 

1. Navigate to your Job Dashboard and click "AI Sourcing Agent" on the left. 
   
   
   
   
2. Type in a prompt to begin a search, and click "Run Search". 
   1. example: "Software Engineer in New York City with 5 years of frontend development experience"
      
      
      
      
3. Wait for the search to run, then you can further edit the filters by clicking "Edit Filters" to further refine your search. 
   
   
   
   
4. Rank the most critical search criteria to prioritize what should be emphasized first in the "Must Have" section of the filters. 
   
   
   
   
5. To further refine the search, add in "Nice to Have" criteria that should be considered if available during the search, but are not a priority. 
   
   
   
   
6. Click "Apply", then "View Results".
